Private Beta Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
These Private Beta Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Edge Point X LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Edge Point," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the invitation-only Edge Point Signal private beta available at signal.edgepointx.com, together with its software, data, analytics, artificial-intelligence tools, alerts, interfaces, and related functionality (collectively, "Signal" or the "Beta").
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, clicking to accept these Terms, or accessing or using Signal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Signal.
If you use Signal on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you and the organization.
1. Private Beta
Signal is an invitation-only, pre-release service made available to selected users for evaluation, testing, and permitted internal use.
Your invitation and access are personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You may not sell, transfer, share, sublicense, or provide your invitation or account to another person without our written permission.
Because Signal is in private beta:
- functionality may be incomplete, experimental, inaccurate, or unavailable;
- features, data sources, calculations, and interfaces may change;
- errors, interruptions, delays, or loss of saved information may occur;
- access may be limited or suspended without advance notice; and
- we do not guarantee that Signal or any particular feature will be commercially released or remain available.
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove any part of Signal at any time.
2. Eligibility
You may use Signal only if:
- you are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- your access to and use of Signal are lawful where you are located;
- you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit us from providing Signal to you; and
- you comply with any additional eligibility requirements communicated with your invitation.
Signal is not offered in any jurisdiction where providing or using it would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.
Access to Signal does not mean that you are eligible to open an account with, access, or trade through any prediction market, sportsbook, exchange, or other third-party service. You are responsible for complying with the eligibility, geographic, and legal requirements of any third-party service you use.
You may not use Signal or any information obtained through Signal to evade geographic restrictions, eligibility rules, account limitations, or other controls imposed by a third party.
3. Accounts and Security
You must create an account using a valid email address and password.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current account information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your password;
- use a strong and unique password;
- not allow another person to use your account;
- promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access; and
- remain responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or access an account that you are not authorized to use.
We may require you to verify your email address, identity, eligibility, or invitation status. We may reject an account registration or revoke an invitation at our discretion.
Security concerns should be reported promptly to support@edgepointx.com.
4. Signal's Current Functionality
Signal is an information and analytics platform for prediction markets.
Depending on the functionality made available to your account, Signal may provide:
- market discovery and monitoring;
- market prices, volume, liquidity, open interest, spreads, and historical data;
- comparisons between prediction markets and third-party benchmarks;
- Edge Point-generated analytics, classifications, scores, and signals;
- matching and comparison of related markets across platforms;
- watchlists, alerts, saved markets, notes, prompts, and workspaces;
- user-entered position or portfolio information;
- artificial-intelligence-assisted research and analysis;
- combination or parlay analysis; and
- analysis of publicly available trades, wallet activity, and market participation.
The availability of a feature to one user does not guarantee that the same feature will be available to another user.
Screenshots, demonstrations, descriptions, roadmaps, and prototypes may show proposed or experimental functionality. They do not create a commitment to release or maintain any feature.
No execution or custody
Signal does not currently place, route, transmit, clear, settle, or execute trades.
Any execution-related interface displayed in Signal is inactive and is not available for trading. Parlay or combination functionality is provided for analysis only and does not create, transmit, or initiate an order.
Edge Point does not:
- accept or hold user funds;
- custody assets or positions;
- process deposits or withdrawals;
- control user wallets or exchange accounts;
- clear or settle transactions; or
- act as a counterparty to any transaction.
Updated or additional terms will apply before any execution, account-connection, wallet, custody, or payment functionality becomes available.
5. Market Data and Analytics
Signal may display or analyze information obtained from public sources, prediction markets, sportsbook-data providers, exchanges, and other third parties.
Sources may include market information from Kalshi and Polymarket and sportsbook benchmarks supplied through third-party data providers such as The Odds API. Sources may be added, changed, interrupted, or removed without notice.
Market data, odds, probabilities, benchmarks, and analytics may be:
- delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable;
- affected by third-party errors, outages, or corrections;
- based on limited liquidity or market activity;
- generated using estimates, assumptions, historical relationships, or automated processes; or
- inconsistent across different sources.
Markets that appear to relate to the same event may have different wording, deadlines, settlement rules, resolution sources, fees, liquidity, geographic scope, or definitions of an outcome.
Edge Point's matching, grouping, or comparison of markets does not guarantee that the markets are legally, economically, or operationally equivalent. You are responsible for reviewing the original rules and settlement criteria published by the relevant third party.
A price, probability, benchmark, score, signal, or model output is an informational estimate. It is not a guarantee that an event will or will not occur.
Historical, hypothetical, modeled, or simulated results do not guarantee future performance. Actual outcomes may differ because of market conditions, liquidity, fees, data limitations, execution conditions, and other factors.
6. Public Transaction Information
Signal may analyze publicly available transactions, trades, positions, wallet addresses, account identifiers, or market activity.
Descriptions such as "whale," "large trader," or similar classifications are analytical labels based on available public data. They do not establish or verify a person's identity, expertise, financial condition, intent, performance, or ownership of an account or wallet.
Public identifiers may be pseudonymous, shared, controlled by an organization, associated with an intermediary, or incorrectly attributed.
You may not use Signal to harass, threaten, impersonate, unlawfully identify, dox, or invade the privacy of another person.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Outputs
Signal may provide content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical models, or other automated systems.
Automated outputs may contain:
- factual or mathematical errors;
- outdated or incomplete information;
- unsupported conclusions;
- incorrect market matches;
- misleading summaries; or
- interpretations that differ from the applicable market rules.
AI and automated outputs are analytical aids only. They should not be treated as verified facts, professional advice, or the sole basis for a financial, trading, legal, compliance, or other material decision.
You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, sensitive personal information, material nonpublic information, or information you are not legally authorized to provide through an AI prompt or another Signal feature.
8. Alerts and Notifications
Signal may allow you to create alerts and receive notifications by email, browser notification, or another supported method.
Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, incorrectly triggered, incomplete, or not delivered. Delivery may be affected by data delays, internet connectivity, browser settings, email providers, third-party systems, or technical failures.
Alerts are provided for convenience only. They are not guaranteed monitoring services and should not be relied on to prevent losses, manage time-sensitive positions, or satisfy legal, compliance, or trading obligations.
You remain responsible for monitoring relevant markets, positions, and third-party accounts directly.
9. No Financial Advice
Signal is an information and analytics service.
Nothing available through Signal constitutes:
- financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice;
- a personalized recommendation;
- an offer or solicitation to enter into a transaction;
- a statement that a market, strategy, position, or combination is suitable for you;
- a guarantee of any result, return, probability, or outcome; or
- advice regarding the legality of using a third-party platform in your jurisdiction.
Edge Point does not act through Signal as your broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, fiduciary, agent, custodian, or financial planner.
No advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or similar relationship is created by your use of Signal.
Prediction-market and sportsbook transactions involve risk. Market prices may change quickly, markets may have limited liquidity, and a market may resolve differently from your interpretation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make outside Signal.
10. User Content
Signal may allow you to submit or save prompts, notes, watchlists, alert settings, position information, portfolio information, preferences, feedback, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Edge Point a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the features you request;
- operate, maintain, and secure Signal;
- provide customer support;
- investigate errors or misuse; and
- comply with applicable law.
Edge Point may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to evaluate and improve Signal, provided that the information does not reasonably identify you.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide your User Content and that its processing under these Terms will not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Signal should not be used as the sole storage location for important records. You are responsible for retaining copies of information you need.
11. Privacy
When you use Signal, Edge Point may collect and process information such as:
- your email address and account details;
- device, browser, login, and usage information;
- watchlists, alerts, settings, and preferences;
- prompts, notes, and other information you submit; and
- communications with our support team.
We may use this information to provide, secure, maintain, and support Signal; communicate with you; investigate misuse; and comply with applicable law.
We may use third-party service providers for infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and artificial-intelligence functionality.
You should not submit sensitive personal information or personal information about another person unless you are authorized to do so and it is necessary to use the relevant feature.
Additional information regarding our data practices may be provided in a separate privacy notice made available through Signal.
12. Confidentiality of the Private Beta
Signal and information made available through it may include nonpublic and confidential information.
Unless Edge Point provides written permission, you may not publicly disclose or distribute:
- screenshots or recordings of Signal;
- nonpublic functionality or interfaces;
- unreleased product plans or documentation;
- internal testing or performance information;
- security information; or
- information clearly identified as confidential.
This restriction does not apply to information that Edge Point has made publicly available through its website, social-media accounts, demonstrations, or other authorized communications.
You may share confidential information with your employees or professional advisers who reasonably need to evaluate Signal and who are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
If disclosure is legally required, you may make the required disclosure, provided that you give Edge Point advance notice when legally permitted.
13. Acceptable Use
You may use Signal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to Signal;
- access another person's account without authorization;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or systematically extract Signal content or data;
- resell, repackage, publish, or redistribute raw or substantially similar data obtained through Signal;
- create a competing database, data feed, API, or data service using Signal content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover Signal's source code, models, methodologies, or nonpublic technology;
- use Signal content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, test, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model without written permission;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions;
- probe, scan, or test Signal for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology;
- interfere with Signal's operation, availability, integrity, or security;
- use Signal in connection with fraud, market manipulation, deceptive conduct, or unlawful activity;
- misuse confidential or material nonpublic information;
- misrepresent the source, accuracy, or meaning of Signal data or outputs;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
- falsely suggest that Edge Point endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with you; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.
We may monitor use of Signal as reasonably necessary to maintain security, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, and operate the Beta.
14. Intellectual Property
Edge Point and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in Signal, excluding User Content and third-party materials.
This includes:
- software and source code;
- interfaces, dashboards, layouts, and designs;
- databases and data compilations;
- market mappings and normalization systems;
- methodologies, algorithms, models, classifications, and analytics;
- signals, scores, benchmarks, and derived data;
- documentation, graphics, research, and visualizations;
- trademarks, names, logos, and branding; and
- modifications, improvements, and derivative works.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Edge Point grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use Signal during the private-beta period for your personal or internal business purposes.
No other rights or licenses are granted.
Third-party information, names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in Signal does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
15. Feedback
You may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, corrections, testing results, feature requests, or other feedback regarding Signal ("Feedback").
You grant Edge Point a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, and royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce, commercialize, and otherwise exploit Feedback without compensation or attribution.
Feedback does not include your User Content, account information, or personal information.
16. Third-Party Services and Data
Signal relies on or displays information from third-party platforms, data sources, service providers, and infrastructure providers.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms, rules, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices.
Edge Point does not control and is not responsible for:
- third-party market rules or settlement decisions;
- third-party data accuracy or availability;
- account eligibility, suspension, or closure;
- third-party outages, breaches, or technical failures;
- funds or assets held by a third party;
- transactions entered into outside Signal; or
- changes to or discontinuation of third-party data or services.
Third-party changes may cause Signal functionality or data to become delayed, inaccurate, limited, or unavailable.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Signal at any time and may request account closure by contacting support@edgepointx.com.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your invitation, account, or access to Signal if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use presents a security, legal, or operational risk;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
- a third-party provider requires or causes the restriction;
- we are required to act by law;
- your use may harm Edge Point or another person; or
- we modify, suspend, or discontinue the Beta.
Where reasonably practical, we may notify you of a suspension or termination. We are not required to provide advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Upon termination, your right to use Signal ends immediately.
Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal is provided "as is," "as available," and "with all faults."
Edge Point disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that:
- data or outputs will be accurate, current, or complete;
- matched markets will be equivalent;
- alerts will be delivered;
- AI outputs will be correct;
- Signal will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- defects will be corrected;
- Signal will meet your requirements; or
- any feature will be released or remain available.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. These exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edge Point and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Signal or these Terms.
This includes lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, trading opportunities, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, or funds or assets held by a third party.
Edge Point will not be liable for losses arising from:
- reliance on market data, benchmarks, analytics, AI outputs, or alerts;
- trading, betting, or investment decisions made outside Signal;
- incorrect or incomplete market matching;
- delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable third-party data;
- unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect credentials;
- third-party platforms, products, or services;
- suspension or termination of your access; or
- modification or discontinuation of the Beta.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Point's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Signal or these Terms will not exceed $100.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Edge Point was advised that damages were possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edge Point and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful or unauthorized use of Signal;
- your User Content;
- your infringement of another person's rights; or
- fraud or willful misconduct by you.
Edge Point may control the defense and settlement of a claim covered by this section. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
You may not settle a claim in a manner that imposes liability, obligations, or admissions on Edge Point without our written consent.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date and make the updated Terms available through Signal. We may also provide notice by email or through Signal when changes are material.
Your continued use of Signal after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using Signal.
22. Electronic Communications
By using Signal, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to:
- your account;
- security;
- the private beta;
- changes to these Terms;
- requested alerts; and
- support.
You may disable certain alerts or unsubscribe from marketing communications. You may still receive operational, account, legal, and security communications.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to Signal are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or Signal must be brought in the state courts serving the Florida county in which Edge Point maintains its principal place of business or the federal court having jurisdiction over that county.
You and Edge Point consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
24. General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Edge Point regarding Signal, except for any separately signed written agreement.
If a separately signed written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Edge Point's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Signal access without our written consent. Edge Point may assign these Terms in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, conversion, or operation of law.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
No third party has a right to enforce these Terms, except a person expressly protected by them.
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
