3. Artificial Intelligence Features

Signal includes artificial-intelligence-assisted features.

When you use an AI feature, the system may process:

  • The prompt or question you submit

The AI feature receives only the prompt you actively submit and the non-personal market context necessary to generate a response.

Prompts and relevant market context may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence and infrastructure providers as necessary to generate the requested response and support the feature.

Do not include personal information, passwords, third-party credentials, seed phrases, private keys, confidential information, material nonpublic information, or information you are not authorized to disclose in a prompt.

These measures may include access controls, authentication protections, monitoring, restricted internal access, and safeguards implemented through our infrastructure providers.
